Welcome to Ye Olde Farmhouse!  We are known for our unique and one of a kind finds for the home and garden.  We feature numerous local Indiana products such as our Warm Glow Candles.

Ye Olde Farmhouse is a small family operated business.  It is owned by three sisters, Mara Kruthaupt, Shelia Merkel and Geralyn Litzinger.  It is located on the Merkel Goat Farm just east of Batesville on Merkel Road. 

We offer a wide selection of home decorating items. We combine your taste and needs to accessorize every room of your home. 

We also carry unique outdoor garden accessoories to help you create your personal outdoor living space. 

Our sister, Karen Snuffer designs a unique line of jewlery that can be custom made just for you!  The KJS line can be found at our shop. 

Also around the shop you may see Irene Dickman and Carol Merkel helping out in the shop and at our special events.  Irene is our mother and Carol is Shelia's mother-in-law.
